Job description
The HR Business Partner will be responsible for managing end-to-end human resource operations for Skylok Aviation, supporting organisational growth while ensuring compliance with applicable labour laws, aviation regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical aviation roles Coordinate onboarding, induction, and employee documentation Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook Manage employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination Support performance management, appraisals, and employee engagement initiatives Ensure statutory and labour law compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.
, as applicable) Support DGCA-related documentation and background verification for nominated post holders Act as a point of contact for employee relations, grievances, and HR queries Coordinate training, compliance briefings, and internal audits when required Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all HR matters Requirements Graduate / Postgraduate in Human Resources, Management, or related field Experience in Aviation / FTO / Regulated Industry preferred
