Tailings Design Modeller

Shape safer, more sustainable tailings solutions. We’re looking for a Tailings Design Modeller to join our team. In this role, you’ll support the modelling and design of tailings storage facilities and associated civil works, including earthworks, grading, drainage and roads. You’ll work alongside engineers and multidisciplinary project teams to develop practical design solutions across tailings, earthworks and civil infrastructure projects.

What You’ll Do Develop and update 3D models and design drawings for tailings storage facilities and associated infrastructure. Support civil modelling and design across dams, earthworks, grading, roads and drainage. Prepare drawings, plans, sections and design documentation using Civil 3D. Work closely with engineers and multidisciplinary teams to develop and refine designs.

Coordination and the opportunity to lead a project package on a Tailings project. Support design reviews and updates throughout different stages of project delivery. What You’ll Bring Strong hands-on experience in tailings projects and Civil 3D, particularly across civil modelling, dams, earthworks, grading, roads, drainage and design documentation.

Around 3–5 years’ relevant experience in tailings, mining or civil infrastructure design and modelling. Experience developing 3D models and engineering drawings using Civil 3D. Good understanding of earthworks, grading, drainage and civil infrastructure design. Ability to interpret engineering designs, technical requirements and project specifications.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams. Our Hybrid Work Model Be part of our dynamic culture!
