I’ve spent over 33 years with State Farm, bringing a deep understanding of the business and a strong commitment to serving our customers. I’m a graduate of Queens College and a proud wife and parent. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
