Telesales Agent

Contact potential customers and promote English language courses . Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally. Understand customers’ needs and recommend the most suitable course. Follow up with leads through calls and messages to convert them into customers. Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs . Build strong relationships with potential and existing customers.

Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about courses, prices, and offers. Negotiate effectively and close sales. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales on the CRM system. Follow up consistently with interested leads until the deal is closed. Coordinate with the relevant teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding process.

Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance and pipeline.

Requirements

? Experience in English courses sales is a MUST ? Very good English communication skills ? Strong communication and negotiation skills ? Sales-oriented and target-driven ? Ability to handle calls, follow up with leads, and close deals ? Previous telesales experience is a plus
