Char Location(s) Shenyang Job Description Key Responsibilities Partner with the sales team to conduct customer visits, technical discussions, product demonstrations, and tender support, providing application solutions for FTIR, UV-Vis, and Thermal Analysis (TGA/DSC). Deliver customer training, application support, method development, and data interpretation; troubleshoot analytical challenges and ensure customer success. Support technical seminars, exhibitions, and marketing activities through presentations and application sharing. Gather market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive insights; collaborate with Sales, Service, Marketing, and Product teams to drive business growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in Analytical Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or related disciplines. Minimum 3 years of experience in analytical instrumentation applications, method development, or technical support. Hands-on experience with FTIR, UV-Vis, Thermal Analysis (TGA/DSC), or related analytical technologies.

Strong problem-solving, communication, customer-facing, and presentation skills. Willingness to travel and work collaboratively across functions. CET-4 or above, with the ability to read and understand technical documentation and scientific literature in English.
