Kiln/Boiler Superintendent

West Fraser has an opening for a qualified Kiln/Boiler Superintendent at our Leola Arkansas Lumber facility.

The successful candidate will provide leadership and technical expertise for the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of the site's energy systems utility infrastructure and kiln drying operations. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this full-time role is responsible for supervising plant operations personnel, managing energy and drying-related projects, driving thermal efficiency improvements, and ensuring environmental and safety compliance.
