Founding Product Designer

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join an early-stage B2B SaaS team as its first full-time product designer, shaping an AI-first product for customer service and sales workflows. You will partner directly with customers and engineers to turn complex AI capabilities into intuitive experiences and help establish the product's design foundations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Work with customers to understand their needs and design solutions to address them.
• Own the end-to-end design process for new product features.
• Identify AI product opportunities, develop concepts, and prototype solutions with customers.
• Create intuitive interfaces for AI-driven workflows where traditional UI patterns may not fit.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ship high-quality features quickly.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 3 years of experience on product design teams and a portfolio demonstrating your work.
• Experience collaborating with software engineers, with enough technical understanding to discuss trade-offs and take a pragmatic approach to implementation.
• Experience conducting customer interviews or using customer feedback to shape products.
• Experience designing products with direct business impact.
• Familiarity with AI or LLMs and an interest in building AI-native software.
• Proficiency with rapid prototyping tools such as Lovable, V0, or Figma Make.
• Strong collaboration skills across product and engineering, ideally with experience designing B2B SaaS products at an early-stage company.

COMPENSATION

& BENEFITS Base salary: €85,000 to €160,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available. LOCATION On-site in Berlin, Germany.
