ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in 2012 and has built a strong reputation for serving our customers and community. My journey into the industry started through a family connection, my mother-in-law is a State Farm agent and introduced me to the opportunity, which ultimately led me to build my own agency. I’m a graduate of UCLA and a proud husband and parent of two.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
