Field Service Technician

We’re looking for a skilled and customer-focused Field Service Technician who enjoys solving problems, working independently, and making a direct impact on customer operations every day. In this role, you’ll diagnose and repair material handling equipment at customer sites, communicate directly with customers, and keep their equipment running safely and efficiently.

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of material handling equipment (basic to advanced repairs). Perform comprehensive forklift inspections to identify needed repairs and proactive maintenance. Communicate with customers regarding repair needs, timelines, cost changes, and additional service recommendations.

Work safely and follow all company safety policies and industry’s best practices. Complete accurate, organized service documentation and submit within required timelines. Maintain and safely operate a company-provided service vehicle, including parts inventory. Keep work areas clean, organized, and professional at customer sites.

Represent the company through professional appearance, communication, and customer service.
