Avesta Housing is seeking a mission-focused Senior Property Manager to lead a team, oversee daily operations, and ensure the financial and physical health of a portfolio of affordable housing properties. In this leadership role, you’ll mentor staff, manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate across departments to deliver excellent service.

What We're Looking For
The person who is ready for this opportunity will have the following: Strong organizational skills and time management skills. Excellent interviewing and communication skills. Experience assisting disadvantaged people. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to prepare and monitor budgets. Excellent leadership and analytical skills.
Requirements
College Degree preferred. Minimum of two years’ experience in managing affordable multi-family housing (LIHTC, HUD, Rural Development or similar). Ability to travel. Pay range
is $65,000 - $75,000 annually. Work Location This is an on-site position which requires regular travel between properties throughout the Inland region.
