Job Description Summary: The Shipping Coordinator is responsible for coordinating shipping activities, preparing shipment documentation, maintaining accurate order records, and communicating with shipping carriers.

The pay rate for this position is $21.00 per hour. Job Description: Seasonal Duties Print all pick list orders. Assign shipping carriers based on the weight and destination of orders. Create shipment labels, bills of lading, and manifests using courier software. Communicate with shipment carriers. Schedule delivery pickups.

Change the status of all open fulfillment orders in the database and attach tracking information. Track orders to ensure timely deliveries. General Job Duties Perform data entry, including entering shipping and customer information into various web portals and business systems for the purpose of shipping and tracking customer orders.

Create bills of lading and carrier-specific shipping documents. Create labels for the warehouse. Order supplies. File damage claims if necessary. Assist with general duties in the warehouse as directed by management. Communicate general and specific information to management as needed. Organize company documentation following required recordkeeping procedures.

Adhere to all safety guidelines, good manufacturing practices, and company policies. Perform other duties as assigned. Job Requirements PC literate with the ability to use Microsoft Office, including Excel. Excellent organizational and customer service skills. Good verbal and written communication skills. Maintain good attendance.
