Holiday CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant

Stonebridge Home Care is hiring caregivers for upcoming holiday help to assist with patient care in our Utah County area. We have patients all throughout the region. Reliable self-transportation is needed between patient homes. Typical shifts are about 1 or 2 hours long with each patient. *Holiday availability for Thanksgiving and the month of December through New Years is needed.

• YOUR ROLE: Based on your availability, you will assigned to assist our patients who receive personalized care plans. These care plans have been created by a Registered Nurse and detail the tasks to be performed at each of your shifts. Tasks include:

• Personal Cares o Dressing, bathing, toileting, transfers, Skin breakdowns,
• Home Management Activities o Light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, o Companionship WHAT TO EXPECT:
