Certified Nurse Aide (CNA)

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff. Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs). Administer medications as directed. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care. Build strong relationships with residents and their families.

Qualifications

Current and valid Michigan Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification. Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred. Compassionate and caring demeanor with a genuine desire to help others. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
