Rendering & Design Specialist (TN, Chattanooga)

This position is responsible for creating professional 3D renderings, layouts, and custom designs that help bring our breaktime solutions to life for customers.

Key Responsibilities

Create professional 3D renderings of micro-markets, vending areas, refreshment stations, and dining spaces for customer presentations. Partner with Sales Representatives and Customer Success Managers to develop designs that meet customer needs. Review site measurements, photographs, equipment requirements, and layouts to ensure design accuracy.

Collaborate with internal teams and customers throughout the design and revision process. Design custom graphics and branded materials for customer breakrooms and market spaces. Coordinate with Capital Assets and suppliers on custom fixtures, millwork, and design specifications. Assist with designing, quoting, and approving custom market and breakroom fixtures.

Maintain and update 3D models, design assets, and image libraries. Assist with AutoCAD floor plans and layouts as needed. Participate in customer site visits, measurements, and presentations when necessary. Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards. Complete additional design and marketing projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Graphic Design, or a related field, or 2–3 years of professional rendering experience. Proficiency with SketchUp and Enscape, Podium, or similar rendering software. Strong creative, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and take projects from concept through completion.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office. Previous graphic design or project management experience. Experience designing commercial spaces, retail environments, or custom fixtures. Experience working directly with customers and cross-functional teams.
