Relationship Executive - Emerging Middle Market Banking - Executive Director
Job description

As a Relationship Executive in Emerging Middle Market Banking, your role is to be the focal point of client acquisition and ongoing relationships.
You will work both independently and collaboratively to introduce our comprehensive solutions to clients.
Your role
involves growing and retaining profitable relationships within the Emerging Middle Market target space. Emerging Middle Market bankers generally focus on companies with annual revenues ranging from $20 million to $100 million.
Job Responsibilities
Champion a culture of innovation and a customer centric mindset Stay up to date with industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation or strategic partnerships Find ways to further efficiency with existing technical infrastructure through automation, while embracing the innovative opportunities offered by new technologies Develop a weekly sales plan prioritizing revenue generating sales opportunities, cultivate referral sources, and institutionalize relationships and calling Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills Seven plus years lending or credit support related experience with a focus on business relationships Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services Methodical approach to market activities and prospecting, demonstrate proven client relationship skills, and can engage with CEOs and CFOs Ability to collaborate with internal partners and resources Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals; proven top individual contributor Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage, prioritize, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility and strong partnership with senior business and control partners Deep local connections and market knowledge Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills Bachelor’s degree and formal credit training preferred Sales management, business development skills, proficiency in building and maintaining positive client relationships Strong creative solution, problem solving abilities, flexible to changing business priorities and ability to multitask Excellent business judgment, strategic thinking, self-directed, proactive and creative FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE ACT: This position is subject to Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
