• DMV area Immediate need for a Service. Now Developer for our customer based in the Healthcare Insurance sector. The selected candidate will be responsible for CSM Service. Now application support, solutions and processes, supporting maintenance, continual service improvement, and new capabilities on the Service. Now platform.

Key responsibilities

and tasks include. The selected candidate plays a key role in maturing Customer Service Products built on the Service. Now platform. Will help lead Service. Now delivery and work with key business units and process managers to build solutions and processes, supporting maintenance, continual service improvement and new capabilities on the Service.

Now platform. Performs complex analysis, design, development, automated unit and integration testing, and debugging of computer software ranging from operating system architecture integration and software design to selection of computer systems, language, and/or equipment. Designs, codes, tests, develops, and documents application programs for computer systems.

Works with end-users and project stakeholders to define system scope and objectives. Manages modifications to and maintenance of operational programs and procedures. Leads stakeholder and product owner meetings to define software requirements and creates highly complex systems. This position is a long-term contract position with the strong possibility of conversion to FTE status with our customer.

Although remote, we are seeking candidates who reside in one of the following states: Washington DC, MD, VA, WV, NC, PA, DE, NY, NJ, TX, FL Required Skills Service. Now Certification Required - any Developer version acceptable 5+ years of Service. Now development experience, specifically within the Customer Service Management (CSM) - ideally UIB type of business rules, UI actions, UI builder, playbook experience, flow designer exp, etc.

Must have worked on the Zurich version of Service. Now Must have experience in implementing templates and dashboards in the Service. Now platform Fundamental understanding of the key technologies relevant to the Service. Now integration solutions, including: Service. Now APIs, SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS Must have JavaScript experience.

Customization and configuration of Service. Now modules through the use of scripting (JavaScript, etc.) and UI development to tailor the platform to specific business needs Additional Comments Approved states only (Wash DC, MD, VA, WV, NC, PA, DE, NY, NJ, TX, FL) Remote position, but could have onsite meetings for local DMV candidates from time to time.

Nothing is set in stone; if not local will be fully remote Interview process: 1-2 rounds of video interviews for out-of-state candidates. For local candidates, a possible onsite/F2F will occur. Project: FEP HUB

They are seeking candidates who have CSM experience in Service. Now, Service portal experience for building out service catalogs and forms to support the use cases/workflows needed. Developer background: Strong JavaScript, ideally UIB type of business rules, UI actions, UI builder, playbook experience, flow designer experience. Certification: CSM, Admin, any sort of Service. Now certification Integration of API's is a nice-to-have. They are on Zurich now, so that is required
