Senior Engineering Manager

Engineering has changed, and we're changing with it. We're looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead multiple teams into AI-native, agentic software delivery — building products used by thousands of eCommerce merchants worldwide. We're not hiring for where engineering was. We're hiring for where it's going. your impact You'll lead several engineering teams and their managers, and shape how we build software as AI reshapes the craft.

From spec to delivery, you'll move us toward agentic and multi-agent workflows — with the quality, security and cost controls to back them up. We build on and around Shopify, which moves just as fast, so staying current isn't a nice-to-have here. It's the job. You'll work from our Leicester city centre office three days a week, with two days remote.
