Sales Lot Attendant

Dealership: L0379 BMW of Sterling BMW/MINI OF Sterling Now Hiring- Sales Lot Attendant Pay: $ 16- $18 Schedule: Monday 12:00 PM–8:00 PM, Tuesday Off, Wednesday–Friday 12:00 PM–8:00 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM–6:00 PM, and one Sunday per month from 12:00 PM–5:00 PM Reports to Sales Manager Why Join Our Team? Due to high sales volume at BMW/Mini of Sterling, we need an additional Lot Attendant to support inventory management, vehicle prep, and efficient operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.

What You'll Do

Moves and works with vehicles to maintain vehicle display and support vehicle sales activities. Delivers vehicles to sites and locations as required. Monitor tire pressure of vehicles; add air and fuel as needed. Recognize general vehicle repairs and/or building maintenance and notify management. Prepare sold vehicles for delivery.

Prioritize vehicles that need to be prepped for delivery or washed based on general appearance. Assist the shuttle driver as needed. Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring

Operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans, with ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions. Professional appearance and work ethic. Effective interpersonal communication skills. Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards The hourly for this position is $16 to $18. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
