Sr. Full Stack Engineer 181855

The Expertise You Have Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. 5+ years of experience building full stack applications. Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and modern UI frameworks such as React or Angular. Experience designing and developing scalable web applications and services. Experience working in Agile delivery teams.

Experience with AWS and cloud-native development. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, system design, and software engineering fundamentals. Experience evaluating or integrating AI-powered development tools is a plus. Financial services experience preferred. Develop solutions that support teams across Product, BA, UX, Engineering, and Quality Engineering. Integrate enterprise-approved AI and developer productivity tools into existing workflows and platforms.

Partner with business and technology teams to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement. Work towards reusable frameworks, standards, and best practices for AI-enabled product delivery. Support CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and operational perfection practices. Evaluate new technologies and provide recommendations based on business value and technical fit.

Collaborate with Enterprise teams to align Brokerage solutions with broader Fidelity standards and platforms. Mentor team members and champion a culture of continuous improvement.
