Director of Sales

Director of Sales Location: Hebron, KY 41048 Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales to lead our sales team at the award winning Cincinnati Airport Marriott in Hebron, KY. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand market presence.

This leadership role requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to inspire and manage a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance and professional growth. Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key clients and partners. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics accordingly.

Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align sales efforts with overall company objectives. Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Establish sales targets and monitor team performance to ensure goals are met or exceeded.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. Minimum of 7 years of sales experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven success in developing and executing sales strategies that drive growth. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
