About the Role

This is a role for someone who is early in their career but serious about breaking into commercial and partnerships work in tech. You will support Igloo's commercial team in the Philippines — prospecting new partners, supporting deal execution, and getting hands-on exposure to enterprise sales in one of the most exciting sectors in Southeast Asia.

What You Will Do

Research and identify prospective B2B2C partners — telcos, fintechs, e-commerce platforms, super apps Support outreach and first-contact efforts with potential partners Attend and participate in partner meetings — preparing decks, taking notes, following up on action items Assist in managing the commercial pipeline — tracking deal stages, updating CRM, flagging risks Coordinate internally between product, tech, and legal during deal execution and partner launches Analyze market trends and competitor partnerships to identify new opportunities Requirements Who We Are Looking For Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience Degree in Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field Genuinely curious about tech, fintech, or insurtech — you follow what is happening in the space You are the type who figures things out, not the type who waits to be told Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino High energy, coachable, and competitive — you want to be measured on results Benefits What to Expect if You Join Igloo Think of this as your "fast-pass" to a career in tech and insurance (minus the boring suits).
