You’ll partner with product teams, business stakeholders, and fellow engineers to design, develop, test, and support Service. Now solutions—owning delivery quality and contributing to platform excellence. - Design, develop, configure, and maintain Service. Now applications, workflows, and user experiences
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions with measurable impact
- Build workflows, business rules, and automations that improve operational efficiency and reliability
- Develop and maintain REST APIs and enterprise integrations; build and consume APIs to support end-to-end to integration needs
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and release readiness activities to ensure delivery quality and post-release stability
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform and integration issues, identifying root cause and implementing durable fixes
- Contribute to Agile delivery and modern engineering practices, including CI/CD where applicable
- Recommend enhancements to improve performance, reliability, and user experience
- Help shape reusable engineering patterns, standards, and modernization practices across the Service. Now platform
- Collaborate with architects, security, product, and engineering teams to drive scalable and supportable solutions Qualifications
- Experience developing on Service. Now (or similar enterprise platforms)
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs
- Familiarity with JavaScript , web technologies, and workflow automation
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and identify root causes
- Analytical problem-solving skills, clear communication, and strong collaboration with technical and business partners
- Customer-focused mindset and dependable execution in delivery and operational support Additional Qualifications:
- Service. Now certifications such as CSA and/or CAD (as applicable)
- Service. Now Certified Implementation Specialist certifications
- Experience with ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM, IRM, SPM, or custom apps
- Experience with Agile delivery and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience working in large enterprise environments
- Experience supporting enterprise architecture patterns, cloud concepts, and/or leading engineering efforts (for candidates targeting higher responsibility) Help deliver enterprise-grade Service.
