Payroll Experienced Associate At PwC, a career in our Finance, Human Resources Tax Compliance Managed Services practice will provide you with the opportunity to help clients seize essential advantages by working alongside business leaders to solve their toughest problems and capture their greatest opportunities. We work with some of the world’s largest and most complex companies to understand their unique business issues and opportunities in an ever changing environment.

The role: Analysis of information related to monthly variables; Introduction of monthly variables into the payroll processing ERP; Issuance and analysis of payslips; Preparation and submission of monthly obligations; Admission and termination of employees in Social Security and Compensation Funds; Calculation of final accounts; Preparation of Annual Reports and Income Declarations; Preparation of Surveys related to payroll processing; Perform a first level review of all the above tasks.

Your profile

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Management or similar; Up to 4 years of professional experience; Proficiency in English; Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel and PowerPoint); Aptitude for digital tools; Communication skills and results orientation; Interpersonal relationship skills and empathy; Rigour, method, and attention to detail; Resilience, adaptability, and flexibility.
