Build up and deliver standard hotel services at every opportunity in a positive and friendly manner to our valued guests Understand and anticipate guest service needs by providing friendly welcome and high-quality services to all guests Ensure Housekeeping operational team project a professional and welcoming demeanor by demonstrating our SOP and Polices & Procedure Carry out all necessary operation standards required through different operating systems , dispatch and monitor the system effectively and consistently Job Requirements: Applicants who study at universities outside of Macau must be Macau ID card holders The internship must be a requirement of the university as per its curriculum.
