Job title: PET Sales Account Representative – Aiea, HI Pay: $48,000 per year plus commission, full-time, salaried (exempt) About Menehune Water Company Established in 1985, Menehune Water Company is the largest bottled water company in Hawaii. We’re a local company headquartered in Aiea with divisions on Oahu, Maui and Kauai, and we’re hiring a PET Sales Account Representative to grow our retail and bottled water business across Oahu.

What you’ll do Manage and grow a book of PET and 3-gallon accounts through phone, email and in-person visits Find and develop new business across the Hawaii market, and follow up on leads and referrals Prepare sales proposals for new accounts covering PET, 3-gallon and 5-gallon products Place accurate, timely orders for each account to maximize sales Maintain, grow and upgrade shelf space at customer locations, and restock expired or damaged product Keep accurate inventory counts for each account and report them to the PET Sales Manager Introduce new products to accounts as they launch Set up, run and break down sales booths at community events Build strong relationships with store managers, clerks and customers, and represent the Menehune brand professionally Respond promptly to customer calls and emails, process orders, and collect signed invoices on delivery What we’re looking for 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, account management or a related field Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred Valid driver’s license and the ability to safely operate company vehicles Able to obtain and maintain a DBIDS credential for military base access Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Able to lift, carry and move product and event materials Strong customer service skills and a professional presence Familiarity with the Hawaii retail market preferred Schedule Full-time with a flexible schedule Evenings, weekends and holidays as needed for accounts and community events Local travel across Oahu to service accounts Benefits Commission on top of base salary 401(k) with company match Medical, drug, vision and dental insurance (dental partially covered) Paid sick leave and vacation Employee discounts on Menehune Water products Menehune Water Company is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal and Hawaii state laws.
