CDL Driver (Residential)

Pay: $25 +/hour Based on Experience Benefits:

• 7 paid holidays annually Key Responsibilities Operations: Drive residential/recycling trucks to collect waste along assigned routes; compact and load material safely. Inspections: Complete daily pre-/post-trip inspections and log truck reports; report mechanical issues immediately. Safety & Compliance: Wear required PPE, follow all safety rules, and report incidents right away. Maintenance & Professionalism: Keep truck clean, manage assigned Helpers, and attend safety/branch meetings.

Qualifications

& Requirements License & Experience: Valid CDL with 1+ years of commercial driving experience (or CDL school certificate). Skills: Maneuver and back up heavy trucks (120+ ft) safely in tight spaces. Physical & Environmental: Lift up to 50 lbs repetitively (up to 100 lbs occasionally) and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
