• FRIDAY Route Sales Representatives deliver our quality products to customers in defined areas. These customers value our superior, personalized service. Qualified candidates must have a great attitude and a strong desire to succeed as an Individual and as part of a Team. Delivery routes involve the sale of a variety of products to established customers who consistently purchase specific items for their home or office. The average annual pay for new RSR's working approximately 38-44 hours per week is $39,520 - $41,600.

Requirements

Delivery Route Experience Preferred Positive Attitude and Willingness to Learn Integrity and Dependability Strong Communication and Organizational Skills At least 21 years old, have less than 3 moving violations in the last 2 years and no driving-related convictions in the last 5 years Technical/Functional Skills: Basic Math and Communication Skills Basic Computer Operation (Tablet or Smartphone) Sales or Negotiation Techniques a Plus Excellent Customer Service and Relationship Skills Knowledge of Abilene and surrounding areas for routing purposes A pre-employment verification is required including a Background Check , Motor Vehicle Report, and Screening for Substance Abuse.
