Production Lead

The Production Lead is responsible for overseeing daily operations on assigned production lines or areas, ensuring that safety, quality, and productivity standards are consistently met. This role serves as the first point of contact for production team members during the shift and is responsible for coordinating tasks, communicating expectations, and supporting continuous improvement efforts. The Production Lead ensures smooth execution of the production schedule and acts as a liaison between frontline employees and supervisors, promoting teamwork and accountability aligned with Plaskolite's core values.

This position requires availability on all three shifts.
