主要职责 ： 收集和分析招聘相关数据，提供数据驱动的洞察。 开发和优化机器学习模型，用于智能匹配和推荐系统。 进行数据清洗和特征工程，确保数据质量和模型效果。 与后端开发工程师协作，将机器学习模型集成到平台中。 持续监控和评估模型性能，进行迭代优化。 跟踪数据科学和机器学习领域的前沿技术，不断提升平台的技术水平。 Key Responsibilities : Collect and analyze recruitment-related data to provide data-driven insights. Develop and optimize machine learning models for intelligent matching and recommendation systems.

Perform data cleaning and feature engineering to ensure data quality and model effectiveness. Collaborate with backend developers to integrate machine learning models into the platform. Continuously monitor and evaluate model performance, and carry out iterative optimization. Stay updated with cutting-edge technologies in data science and machine learning to continuously enhance the platform’s technical capabilities.

Requirements

任职要求 ： 3年以上数据科学或机器学习经验，熟悉Python及数据科学工具（如Pandas、Num. Py、Scikit-Learn）。 具备从0到1开发和部署机器学习模型的经验。 有处理大规模数据集和构建高效算法的经验。 熟悉机器学习模型的评估和优化方法。 良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力。 Requirements : Over 3 years of experience in data science or machine learning, familiar with Python and data science tools (e.g., Pandas, Num. Py, Scikit-Learn). Experience in developing and deploying machine learning models from scratch.

Experience in handling large-scale datasets and building efficient algorithms. Familiar with evaluation and optimization methods for machine learning models. Strong team collaboration spirit and communication skills.
