Program Control and Data Quality Analyst

Savvee Inc. is seeking a detailed Program Control and Data Quality Analyst to support our federal client onsite in Ashburn, VA. This position will support data validation, reconciliation, metric collection, reporting quality, and program-control analysis. The analyst will help ensure that management reports and dashboards use complete, consistent, traceable, and timely information.

The successful candidate must be able to work effectively with Government stakeholders, program leadership, functional leads, contractor personnel, and multidisciplinary teams in a fast-moving, mission-focused environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Collecting and validating metric, milestone, schedule, action, risk, financial, contract, workforce, and performance data.
• Reconciling inconsistent values across systems, spreadsheets, dashboards, and reports and maintaining exception logs.
• Applying data-quality rules for completeness, validity, consistency, timeliness, uniqueness, and referential alignment.
• Maintaining data dictionaries, metric catalogs, calculation references, source mappings, quality checks, and reporting calendars.
• Supporting program-control artifacts, status reporting, dashboard testing, audit samples, and evidence collection.
• Documenting unresolved limitations and preventing uncertain information from being presented as definitive.
• Analyzing recurring quality issues and recommending source, workflow, ownership, validation, or training improvements.
• Performing additional duties as assigned in support of evolving contract requirements and client needs.
• Understanding the organizational policies and procedures for accuracy of solutions and deliverables to the client.
• Demonstrating a commitment to quality and customer support. REQUIRED EDUCATION AND TRAINING
• Bachelor’s degree MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
• Two or more years of program control, data quality, reporting, reconciliation, quality assurance, or comparable analytical experience
• Experience validating and reconciling data across multiple systems, trackers, or reports
• Proficiency with Excel and familiarity with databases, BI tools, queries, or data-quality methods
• Strong attention to detail, documentation, analytical reasoning, and communication skills
• Must have the ability to obtain the client’s Public Trust clearance DESIRED BUT NOT REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Federal, DHS, CBP, portfolio, financial, project-control, or performance-reporting experience
• Experience with Power BI, Power Query, SQL, SharePoint, data dictionaries, validation rules, issue logs, or data-governance practices
• Proven familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and responsible use of AI-assisted tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organization skills
• A highly motivated self-starter
