Hardee's Fast Food Restaurant General Manager (Charleston, SC market)

This Restaurant General Manager (RGM) role will be aligned to a specific corporate-owned restaurant within the Charleston market.

POSITION SUMMARY

The General Manager is responsible and accountable for all restaurant activities at all times. This role ensures all employees (GMT / GMIT, Shift Managers, Shift Leaders, Team Leaders and Crew Persons) are performing their job responsibilities and meeting expectations in all areas of their job descriptions.
