Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support a wide range of marketing initiatives across the organization. This role assists with graphic design, digital marketing, content creation, community engagement, events, and marketing production activities. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative, organized professional who enjoys managing multiple projects while helping strengthen the Security First Bank and Security First Insurance brands.

Key Responsibilities

Design and produce marketing materials for print, digital, social media, email, events, and promotional campaigns. Support digital marketing initiatives, including social media, website content, email communications, and online promotions. Assist with community outreach, sponsorships, special events, and brand awareness activities.

Coordinate marketing projects, vendor relationships, promotional materials, and production activities to ensure timely execution. Maintain brand standards, marketing assets, project files, and departmental resources while supporting multiple marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

Qualifications

and Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Advertising, or a related field required. One to three years of experience in marketing, graphic design, communications, or a related field. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and In. Design.

Experience with social media, content creation, digital marketing, and brand management. Strong organizational, communication, project management, and creative problem-solving skills.
