About the Role

As a Behavioral Health RN, you’ll assess patient needs, implement care plans, administer medications, and educate patients and families. You’ll help ensure a safe, compliant, and healing environment for all.

Responsibilities

Deliver care in accordance with nursing standards and facility policies Monitor patient status and communicate changes to providers Administer and document medications accurately Maintain compliance with all licensing and accreditation standards Use universal precautions and support de-escalation protocols Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program Active RN license in Missouri Preferred: 1 year of nursing experience in a behavioral or geriatric setting CPR/BLS required Our Mission & Vision Mission: Improve quality of life through personalized behavioral health care.
