What You'll Do

as a Service Advisor As the connection between our customers and our service technicians, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional ownership experience while helping drive service department performance. Welcome customers and consult with them regarding their vehicle maintenance and repair needs. Recommend appropriate services while following manufacturer specifications and warranty requirements.

Schedule and manage service appointments, repair estimates, and customer communications. Build trust through clear communication, outstanding customer service, and professional follow-up. Address customer concerns and resolve complaints with a customer-first approach. Help create a seamless service experience that keeps customers coming back.

What We're Looking For

Previous automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer experience preferred. Working knowledge of basic vehicle functions, characteristics, and operations. Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance guidelines, and procedural manuals.
