Growth Product Manager 增长产品经理

Own SEO and organic growth for the Web product, optimizing keywords, content, internal linking, and landing pages to drive organic traffic and search rankings.

Optimize the conversion journey from organic traffic to product usage, including landing pages, registration flows, and key user journeys.

Use funnel analysis and A/B testing to identify growth opportunities, validate solutions, and drive continuous product improvements.

Lead product initiatives end-to-end, from requirements analysis and solution design to prototyping, PRDs, and cross-functional execution.

负责 Web 端 SEO 与自然流量增长，通过关键词、内容、内链及落地页优化，持续提升搜索排名和有效流量。

负责自然流量的承接与转化，优化落地页、注册路径及核心用户流程，提升注册和核心行为转化率。

基于流量数据和转化漏斗发现增长机会，通过 A/B 测试验证产品方案，持续推动产品迭代。

独立完成需求分析、产品方案、原型及 PRD，协同研发、设计、内容和数据团队推动项目落地。

3+ years of experience in product management, preferably with experience in Web products, growth, or SEO.

Solid understanding of SEO and organic growth fundamentals, including keywords, indexing, crawling, and search rankings.

Strong product sense and ability to independently drive product design, write PRDs, and collaborate across teams.

Strong analytical skills and data sensitivity; proficient in Excel. SQL or A/B testing experience is a plus.

Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of identifying and pursuing growth opportunities.

3年以上互联网产品经理经验，有 Web 产品、增长产品或 SEO 相关经验优先。

了解 SEO 及自然流量增长基本逻辑，熟悉关键词、收录、排名等核心概念，对 Web 用户路径和转化有较好理解。

具备较强的产品能力，能够独立完成需求分析、产品方案、原型及 PRD，并推动跨团队落地。

数据敏感度强，具备流量及转化漏斗分析能力，熟练使用 Excel；掌握 SQL 或 A/B 测试经验者优先。

目标感强、自驱力和执行力强，能够快速学习并持续挖掘增长机会。
