Director of Operations, Warehousing & Distribution

The Director of Operations – Warehousing & Distribution provides operational leadership across our multi-site Warehousing & Distribution network. This position may be based in the Pennsylvania/New Jersey area at one of the following locations: West Chester, PA; Allentown, PA; or Westhampton, NJ

Reporting to the Vice President of Warehousing & Distribution, this role is responsible for translating business strategy into consistent operational execution across the network. The Director will lead facility operations, develop site leadership, drive performance and accountability, and ensure our operations deliver on safety, service, productivity, quality, and financial expectations.
