Job description
The Maintenance Supervisor is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing and actively participating in the maintenance operations of the Longhini Sausage manufacturing facility. This individual owns the preventative maintenance program, ensures equipment reliability and facility uptime, and leads day-to-day maintenance activities across production and plant operations.
Working closely with Production, Quality, and Sanitation teams, the Maintenance Supervisor drives continuous improvement, food safety compliance, and operational efficiency while directly supervising Maintenance Technicians and reporting to the Plant Manager.
