Create systems, rituals, and practices that reinforce organizational values. Translate organizational vision into measurable behaviours and performance standards. Foster a workplace culture that balances care with accountability.
Learning & Capability Development Design and implement annual learning and development frameworks. Develop employee capabilities in: Counselling fundamentals Parent psychology Student aspirations Communication skills Emotional intelligence Global education trends International admissions Establish learning initiatives such as: Learning circles Peer coaching Reflection sessions Mentorship forums Expert interactions Ensure learning programs are practical, continuous, and outcome-driven.
Performance & Growth Systems Develop competency frameworks for counsellors, managers, and future leaders. Create performance management systems focused on: Counselling quality Student and parent experience Learning progression Team contribution Values alignment Support managers in coaching, feedback, and employee development conversations.
Build career growth pathways for employees. Emotional & Behavioural Development Design programs to improve emotional intelligence, resilience, self-awareness, and active listening skills. Train teams to handle difficult conversations with students and parents effectively. Strengthen employees' ability to remain calm under pressure and respond constructively to challenges.
Global Competence Development Develop awareness of: International education systems Emerging career opportunities Cross-cultural communication Future skills Promote benchmarking against global counselling and learning practices. Requirements
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification preferred. 7–12 years of experience in: Human Resources Talent Development Learning & Development Performance Management Culture Building Experience in education, counselling, consulting, coaching, training, or other people-centric organizations preferred. Strong expertise in: Talent acquisition Employee engagement Learning & development Performance management Organizational culture development Experience in managing and developing young teams.
Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills. Strong understanding of employee development and capability-building frameworks. Ability to create and implement scalable HR systems and processes. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Passion for people development and building high-performance cultures.
