Senior Engineering Manager, Accessibility

Siteimprove helps organisations make their digital content accessible to everyone. Our accessibility products scan entire web estates and document libraries, find the barriers that stop people using them, and increasingly fix those barriers automatically. The work is measured in public: our customers are universities, health systems, government agencies and Fortune 500 companies who have legal deadlines to meet and auditors to satisfy.

We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead one of our two accessibility product teams. You will own the delivery, quality and technical direction of a cross-functional team of engineers working alongside a Product Manager and a Designer, and you will be accountable for what that team ships and for how the people in it grow.

This role sits at a genuine inflection point. We are moving from finding accessibility problems to explaining and fixing them, and we are rebuilding how we develop software around AI agents that write, test and review code under human direction. We need a leader who is credible in the code, fluent in modern AI-assisted development, and able to coach a team through that change without trading away quality or the well-being of the people doing the work.
