Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in 2018 and is a close-knit team of four focused on growth, service, and building strong relationships. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked for another agent and also have a background in banking and insurance. I attended USC Aiken and am a proud husband, parent of two, and dog owner - our dogs even make appearances in the office.

Outside of work, I enjoy hunting, fishing, and attending my kids’ sporting events. We stay involved in the community through the Chamber of Commerce and the North Augusta Arts and Heritage Board. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
