Social Media Manager

Social Media Manager Remote | Part-Time for the First 3 Months Payless Kitchen Cabinets & Bath Makeover is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to support our growing marketing team. Our company specializes in kitchen, bathroom, flooring, cabinetry, countertop, and other home improvement projects.

We are looking for someone who can create engaging visual content, manage social media activity, and help strengthen our presence across multiple digital platforms. Schedule First 3 Months – Part-Time Monday to Friday 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time After successfully completing the first 3 months , the position may transition to full-time based on performance, meeting expectations, and business needs .

Pay 1st Month: $5/hour 2nd–5th Month: $6/hour 6th Month onward: $7/hour Responsibilities Design and produce engaging multimedia content, including graphics, videos, reels, and other social media assets. Create content for Facebook, Instagram, Tik. Tok, Pinterest, and YouTube . Assist with planning, curating, and scheduling social media content according to brand guidelines, promotions, and marketing goals.

Edit before-and-after videos highlighting kitchen, bathroom, flooring, and other remodeling projects. Repurpose customer testimonials, project photos, videos, and reviews into engaging social media content. Collaborate with the marketing and reputation teams to maintain consistent branding across all platforms. Use AI tools and other digital platforms to improve and streamline content production while maintaining creativity and quality.

Monitor social media engagement and assist in preparing weekly content performance reports. Participate in and initiate conversations within relevant local online community groups to increase brand awareness and visibility. Stay updated on social media trends, platform algorithms, design trends, AI tools, and content strategies.

Contribute creative ideas for promotions, seasonal campaigns, and collaborations. Organize and maintain digital creative and design files. Revise and improve content and designs based on feedback from management and the marketing team. Perform other marketing-related tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications

Experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand. Strong graphic design and video editing skills. Experience creating short-form content such as Reels, Tik. Tok videos, and YouTube Shorts. Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, Tik. Tok, Pinterest, and YouTube. Strong understanding of social media engagement and content trends.

Comfortable using AI-powered tools to assist with content creation and productivity. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent branding. Creative mindset with the ability to develop new content ideas independently. Strong written communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines.

Open to feedback and able to revise content quickly when needed. Preferred Experience Experience in home improvement, construction, remodeling, interior design, real estate, or a similar industry. Experience editing before-and-after transformation content. Familiarity with social media analytics and performance reporting.

Experience engaging with local Facebook groups or online communities.
