Operator

The Civil–Concrete team at Higgins Wellington is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled Operator to join our civil construction and road building team. This role is primarily focused on supporting our civil construction and road building works. If you enjoy working with machinery, being part of a tight-knit crew, and contributing to meaningful infrastructure projects, this is a great opportunity to grow your career.

In this role, you’ll safely and efficiently operate plant and equipment while supporting a range of civil and concrete works. You’ll work closely with Forepersons, Leading Hands, and team members to deliver high-quality outcomes across a variety of projects.
