- Conduct administration and operation activities related to publication journal process
- Confirm and check the technical soundness and technical quality of the content
- Conduct publication material final approval process and keep track of publication production according to agreed timeline
- Keep track of the distribution process for all publications to related units
- Maintain and update record documentation of all published journals in BINUS university
- Prepare contract agreement and financial payment process for the publication authors activities (e.g., authors, production vendors)
- Arrange the contents of publications according to the publication's style, editorial policy, and publishing requirements
- Read, evaluate and edit manuscripts or other materials submitted for publication
- Communicate with authors regarding changes in content, style or organization, or publication
- Arrange for copyright permissions process
- Read material to determine index items and arrange them alphabetically or topically, indicating page or chapter location
- Keep track of publication production to ensure meeting the deadlines
- Format and combine research material, into prototypes of pages and other documents for print out process (i.e., text, data, photographs, charts, and other graphic art or illustrations)
- Prepare overall layout and production design setting of scientific Journal and other publications material
- Provide final production files for all BINUS Journal Management Support Activities : o Provide Report to direct Supervisor. o Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost). o Perform activities related to Quality Management System. o Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor.
