• Saginaw, MI, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $20.00 - $21.00Hourly, Auntie Anne's Pretzels located in Fashion Square Mall is now looking for an energetic and reliable Manager to join our team! As the General Manager , you’ll be the go-to person, helping to keep operations running smoothly while providing great customer service. This role is perfect for someone with restaurant or food industry experience who loves leading a team and ensuring every guest leaves happy. You’ll be responsible for supervising daily activities, managing staff, and supporting the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate team members to deliver excellent food and customer service. Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure quality standards are met. Manage POS systems for accurate order processing and cash handling. Control inventory levels by monitoring stock and assisting with ordering when necessary.

Train new staff on food safety, food handling, and restaurant procedures to promote a knowledgeable team. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Handle customer inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience. Ensure operational and financial targets are achieved Requirements Previous management or supervisory experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant is preferred.

Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and develop team members. Familiarity with inventory control, cash handling, and restaurant operations. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
