Construction Manager

Requirements

Bachelors Degree in technical discipline (engineering, Architect, etc.). 5-10 years as a Construction manager experience with 15+ years preferred. Past project experience with US Army Corps of Engineers or Naval Facilities Engineering Command. Knowledge or DoD/MILCON project delivery, QA, and inspections. Must have an active secret security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

License/certification not required

• Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred. DoD training/licensing in safety, QA/QC, Risk, Cost Estimating. Project experience in US East Coast preferred.
