This position serves as the Finance Manager for Eurofarma USA and is a key member of the local leadership team. The role partners closely with the CEO/General Manager and other functional leaders to support strategic decision-making, financial performance, compliance, and business growth.

S. operation and regional/global finance teams, ensuring alignment with corporate governance standards, financial reporting requirements, and stra Key Responsibilities Strategic Finance & Business Partnership Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to support business strategy and decision-making Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and insights to guide key initiatives Financial Planning & Performance Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes Drive performance monitoring and provide actionable insights Cash Flow & Financial Discipline Oversee cash flow, liquidity, and working capital management Support capital allocation and financial discipline Accounting, Compliance & Controls Ensure compliance with U.

S. GAAP, tax regulations, and internal policies Lead audits, tax filings, and maintain strong internal controls Operations & Execution Oversee day-to-day finance operations, ensuring efficiency and scalability Drive continuous improvement across financial processes Stakeholder Management Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and external advisors Leadership Build, lead, and develop a high-performing finance team Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field MBA or advanced degree preferred CPA or equivalent certification is a strong plus Experience 8–12+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting Proven leadership experience Strong background in both strategic finance and operational execution Experience with U.

S. GAAP, audits, and tax environment Experience working closely with senior leadership Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated industries preferred. Above all, account reconciliations/rebates for the US government's MEDICARE and MEDICAID programs. Additional Skills Strong financial and analytical capabilities Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Abilities to interact in a multidisciplinary manner in related areas of the company.
