Head of Strategic Partnerships 战略合作负责人（USA）

Proactively identify and expand high-value local partners in the United States, establishing a stable local partnership network.

Design tailored collaboration plans for different partners based on Tripo's product capabilities and business objectives.

Drive the implementation of joint events, co-marketing activities, podcasts, venue collaborations, client referrals, and ecosystem partnerships.

Build and continuously maintain a partnership pipeline in the U.S. market, overseeing daily communications, follow-ups, and project execution.

Identify key industry events in advance and aim to participate as a speaker, official partner, or co-host.

Collaborate with the U.S. market lead to advance key partnerships and gradually take full ownership of communication and execution for most routine partners.

主动识别并拓展美国本地高价值合作伙伴，建立稳定的本地合作网络。

根据 Tripo 的产品能力和业务目标，为不同合作方设计合适的合作方案。

推动联合活动、联合营销、播客、场地合作、客户引荐及生态合作等项目落地。

建立并持续维护美国市场的合作伙伴管道，负责日常沟通、跟进和项目推进。

提前识别重要行业活动，争取成为演讲嘉宾、官方合作伙伴或联合主办方等核心参与者。

与美国市场负责人共同推进重点合作，并逐步独立承接大部分常规合作伙伴的沟通与执行。

Possess strong and appropriate outreach skills, capable of swiftly entering target circles and building relationships with key decision-makers; demonstrate mature business judgment, partnership planning, and project execution abilities.

Exhibit strong proactivity, strategic thinking, and the ability to implement projects from conception to completion.

Familiarity with the U.S. technology, startup, investment, or creator ecosystem, with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.

有较强的主动性、战略思维，以及完整的从 0 到 1 的落地能力；

熟悉美国科技、创业、投资或创作者生态，具备 3 至 5 年相关经验。
