Description Registered Nurse (RN)

• Biweekly Floater Full-Time Available (36 hours per week) Private duty caregiver, Benefits at 30+ hrs/week Pay Rate: $48.00 - $50.00 per hour Shift: 6 on, 8 off rotation. 12-hour shifts every other Thursday – Tuesday one-on-one in the patient's home. Positions available: 2 full-time day shift positions & 2 full-time night shift positions What we are looking for: 2 years of in-home health care experience required, DOL preferred Must be able to work 12-hour shifts every other Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday & Tuesday (6 12-hour shifts in a row) Must be willing to travel, it could be less than or greater than 60 miles Must be willing to work in multiple homes, work with any level of care, and have no restrictions (animals, smoking, lifting.) Must understand that patient assignment could be scheduled up to one hour prior to shift start Come work for CNS Cares and make a difference! Qualifications

Current license as a Registered Nurse
