Having built a successful construction materials division in another state, it is now expanding into NSW.

The role Based in Western Sydney, you'll establish and grow the NSW construction materials business across both supply and customers. More than a sales role, it needs real quarry operations know-how.

What you'll do

Build long-term supply partnerships with quarry operators, producers and recyclers Win customers across civil contractors, infrastructure projects, developers and other major users Assess supplier capability, processing options, production constraints and material availability Match fit-for-purpose quarried, recycled and recovered materials to specifications Build project-specific supply strategies with the logistics team, and manage pricing and margins What you'll bring Extensive operational experience in quarrying and construction materials (e.

g. quarry operations, aggregates, crushing and screening, recycling) Sales, business development or commercial experience in quarrying, construction materials or civil construction Strong existing relationships in the NSW quarrying, construction materials or civil infrastructure markets Commercial judgement in pricing, negotiation and margin management A hands-on approach and the confidence to build a new market autonomously What's on offer The chance to build something rather than inherit a territory The backing of an established national business and a highly capable NSW logistics operation Salary to be discussed confidentially How to apply Apply below with your CV and one of our consultants will be in touch confidentially.
