Sales Manager, Infrastructure

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE Manage Infrastructure industry sales activities and promote assigned products in a national-wide geographical area by applying Jotun’s sales tools and techniques to promote Jotun’s products, services and solutions, identify new business development opportunities and maintain customer relationships in order to achieve sales targets, gross margin, and targeted market shares.

The position is based in Ho Chi Minh City and reports to the Sales Director.

Job Responsibilities

Ensure that projects and key accounts are managed and followed up to achieve customer expectations and sales targets. Develop and implement proper strategies and programs by setting targets, selection criteria, and performance measures to build and maintain a strong, effective, and reliable distribution network. Close monitoring and following up on the implementation of agreed action plans to ensure that the overall performance coatings objectives will be met.

Develop and implement standard procedures, processing, and reporting to ensure best practices are implemented through the dealers and YFA teams. Partner with YFA and dealers to achieve full market coverage across both channels, leveraging sales through either dealer or YFA networks, and driving double-digit revenue growth for both teams.

*YFA: Yard/ Fabricator/ Applicator WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER Qualifications: University graduate in Chemical, Construction, Business Administration, or related fields. Minimum 7 years of commercial B2B experience, preferably within the paints, coatings, construction chemicals, building materials, or heavy industrial sectors.

Strong track record in direct business development and project specification sales. High-level commercial negotiation skills with contractors, consultants, asset owners, and relevant stakeholders. Strong cross-team leadership skills to coordinate diverse internal teams and channel partners (buying & non-buying), proactively driving follow-through to achieve shared growth targets.

Good communication in English and Vietnamese. Personal qualities: A resilient, commercially driven leader with strict financial discipline and an ownership mindset. He/ She combines persistence and high relational intelligence to navigate complex negotiations, inspire teams, and build lasting partnerships.
